In the previous question it only gave me one answer option, when I really wanted to say all of the above. Chanel is professional but also very pleasant, reassuring, experienced and efficient. I have been going to Chanel for many years, she is the loveliest of girls and has always given me the best treatment. Can't recommend enough! Here's to many more years Chanel! :):):)
