Rachel was very attentive and took the time to understand my skin and the issues that I have. She did a thorough examination and asked lots of questions about the products I use. She was also very informative about the science behind my skin and why I may have some of the issues I do. The treatment was great and I had a lovely time, my skin is glowing now and I will be keeping up with regular sessions going forward.
