Booked a Biab Gel Manicure (1hr 30min) for £51 - No hand sanitiser as an initial step - Rushed treatment - Cut cuticle - Filed back and forth with nail file - Crooked filing of forefinger which was pointed out but not corrected Treatment lasted 1hr and charged an extra £10 for removal

trainee started doing my hair asked if she could cut straight after washing.. before even brushing it.. shocking really as I had paid full price. hair cut too short, I spent 6 months trying to grow it 😭 v bad communication! never again!
