Very good value for money and quick service. All the girls that work there are friendly and take good care of you.
Haircut was really good. She did it really quickly but didn’t cut any corners (pun intended) and kept checking that she was doing what I wanted. Wax was was one of the best I’ve had. Great result and I was made to feel as comfortable as I could be during a wax.

I've gone to 116 Hair and Beauty twice. The first time was an enjoyable experience. The lady who gave me a brazilian wax was very friendly and gentle and I left with a happy result. The second time I went, the lady was friendly as well but her treatment felt very rushed and was very rough. It has now been 2 and a half days since my appointment and the area of treatment is sore and dry. I was not happy with this experience at all.
