Came in for a wax and was super nervous as I’d never had one before, however Violet was absolutely lovely and put me at ease straight away. She talked me through the whole thing and advised me on what wax treatment would be best for me (after talking me through the treatment types she let me switch and just pay the difference from a Brazilian to Hollywood even though I’d paid in advance which was nice of her) Violet made sure throughout that I was comfortable and made the whole experience less daunting than I thought it would be, I’ll definitely be coming back :)
