After a bad haircut, I went back to 116 (previously assuming it was under new management because of the name change). Mel was absolutely amazing - she fixed my hair whilst listening to what I wanted and also made sure I was comfortable with the cuts she was making. I’ll definitely continue visiting 116 as long as Mel is there and I have booked in separately for a Beauty treatment with Violet.

First time having both done but I will definitely be back! My brows have never looked so good, and as I have fair eyelashes, I’m chuffed that they’re going to look this long and dark for weeks now. While the lvl wasn’t the most comfortable treatment, due to it being on the eyes, violet did everything great to make me as comfortable as possible!

I’ve been waxed by many beauty therapists in the past and no one does it better than Violet , can’t recommend her enough. Made sure to remove every hair even the short stubborn ones whilst making me feel relaxed. Thank you Violet, will definitely be returning soon!
