I had a call the day before to let me know my therapist was off sick. I sadly couldn’t make a later appointment that day, however the salon actually opens a little earlier for me so I could come before they opened and which fit with my schedule perfectly. Was really happy with my waxing with a different therapist and was even happier they hadn’t been able to squeeze me in and be so accommodating! I will definitely be back!
