I’ve been before in this salon hence I didn’t expect this. I booked gel extensions but I received acrylics and they’re just horrendous. I didn’t have time to complain in person as it was nye eve and was in a big rush. She clipped my natural nails so it was too late for gels and I was offered acrylics which I avoid. The shape and length of each nail is different with the thumbs as shortest... I have polish leftover on the inner part of the extensions and they look ballooney and sides feel painful
