One word- terrible! Visited a few weeks back and I went for gel sculpted extensions. Something I’ve had lots before elsewhere! The lady doing my nails was so rough when buffing my natural nails she cut me 3 times! Even now I still have the marks and it was so sore afterwards for days! The shape isn’t great I was embarrassed to show my friends! They’re meant to be square they are fat and like balloons! Looks like a trainees attempt but I think this lady was a manager which was worrying! Took nearly 2 hours to complete the treatment which was shocking! Wouldn’t return. Nothing luxury about this salon! A few velvet chairs - I think their craft could do with some serious brushing up! Felt like my money was wasted! Wouldn’t go back ever ever ever
