My nails are not smooth as the UV device was repeated bumped into as another member of staff repeatedly squeezed behind the lady doing my nails.
The colour I requested was not available and the replacement suggested was then too sheer to cover the pigmentation on my nails.
I was not asked what length I wanted my nails.
A member of staff came very close to drain the basin and was not wearing a mask.
