I had a great experience at 10:15, Dee was very friendly and professional, she didn’t rush my nails or pedicure and made sure I was happy with everything every step of the way, I will definitely be going back.

I recently visited this salon and asked for a nude color but they only had one option available. After four days, I noticed some cracks on my nails which was disappointing. I was also charged £5 because I arrived five minutes late (which I later found out was explained on a sign in the salon). It would have been helpful to know this policy in advance. Additionally,during my first visit I had to wait 10 minutes which made me late for a meeting.I found this experience unprofessional and upsetting.
