Introducing: Treatwell Rewards – the loyalty programme that rewards self-care

Let’s face it – booking yourself a proper pamper is already pretty rewarding (just ask that post-facial glow, or that post-massage ‘ahh’ moment). Be that as it may, we just couldn’t resist giving you a little something extra on top – to sweeten your self-care experience even more. So, without further ado, we’re thrilled to introduce you to Treatwell Rewards – the loyalty programme that treats you for treating yourself. Now that’s what we call rewarding. 

Let’s start from the top. What is Treatwell Rewards?

Treatwell Rewards is the loyalty programme that turns your bookings into beauty benefits. Every time you book through Treatwell, whether that’s via our app or website, you’ll be rewarded with loyalty points. You can then exchange those points for vouchers to spend on future treatments. It’s simple, really. 

Think of it as our way of showing just how much we appreciate you being there. Our goal is to revolutionise the hair and beauty industry and to empower our customers to feel their very best. Thanks to you (and our entire community), we’re getting closer every day to achieving that goal. We can think of no better way of saying a big “thank you” than rewarding you for doing what you already love to do – booking your favourite treatments and self-care through Treatwell. 

Ready to start earning points? Let’s make it official. Create a Treatwell account (it’s totally free), and you’ll automatically start earning points every time you book. Yep, it’s really that easy. 

And, if you’ve already got a Treatwell account? Well, then you’re already a Treatwell Rewards member (what a pleasure). Just make sure you’re logged in whenever you make a booking, and you’re all set to sit back and watch the points (and benefits) roll in. 

How does Treatwell Rewards work?

From now on, you’ll earn points for every booking you make through the Treatwell app or website (just make sure you’re signed in, first).

Then, you can build up your points. Once you’ve hit 1,500 points, you can then choose to convert them into a voucher for £10 to spend on our app. Or, you can continue to accumulate points up to 2,500 – and then exchange them for a £25 voucher instead. The choice is yours. 

Either way, you’ll still keep earning points for every booking that you make – meaning there’s no limit to how much you can benefit. 

The more you book, the more points you earn

Book

Gel nails, eyebrow lamination, beard trimming, waxing – whatever your favourite bit of self-care, you’ll find it on Treatwell. Book it through our app or website, and make sure you’re logged in to your Treatwell account. 

Earn

Earning points couldn’t be easier. They’ll be automatically added to your account for every £1 you spend – whether you choose to pay in advance or at the salon.

Redeem

Convert your points into £10 or £25 vouchers to redeem in our app, every time you reach one of our points “milestones.” 

As a Treatwell Rewards member, you’ll earn 3 points for every pound (£1) you spend when you choose to pay in advance online.

If you decide to pay directly at the salon, you’ll receive 1 point for every pound (£1) you spend.

So, let’s imagine:

• You’re logged into your account, and want to try out the reverse french manicure (we don’t blame you). You book a “gel manicure with nail art” – total price: £30.

• If you decide to pay online (in advance), you’ll receive 3 points for every £1 spent, so you’ll receive a total of 90 points.

• If you choose to pay at the salon, you’ll earn 1 point for every £1 spent, which means a total of 30 points. 

More pampering = more points

As you’ll know by now, the more bookings you make, the more points you’ll earn (and the closer you’ll be to getting those sweet rewards). 

How to redeem points

Once you reach our points “milestones”, you’ll be able to exchange these for vouchers to spend on future bookings. 

Milestone 1: 1,500 points. Reach this milestone, and you’ll have the option to convert them into a £10 credit voucher.

Milestone 2: 2,500 points. Reach this milestone, and you’ll have the option to convert them into a £25 credit voucher.

Again, the choice is yours completely. If you reach the first milestone, and fancy a trip to your usual brow bar – all you need to do is redeem your points, receive your voucher, and enjoy a discount on your fave treatment. 

If instead, you prefer to wait until you reach the 2,500 point milestone (maybe you’ve got your eye on that fancy new facial in the salon down the road) – then keep on accumulating – it’ll be worth the wait.
