Treatwell’s Top Rated awards were first launched in 2017, as a way to reward and recognise the hard work of those salons who go the extra mile to provide exceptional experiences for their clients. Since then, it’s become a yearly celebration, where we reward the commitment and dedication of our amazing salon professionals who turn an ordinary trip to the salon into something truly special.
This time, we want to emphasize the importance of the services provided by our salons. From that confidence-boosting haircut to that therapeutic mani – sometimes, a bit of self-care can be the me-time we really need. So, we think you’ll agree that our salon partners, who help make these moments special, deserve a reward. So, without further ado, we’re excited to announce the launch of Top Rated – and even more excited to tell you how you can take part. Keep reading to find out more.
Top Rated: What is it, and what’s it about?
Every year we celebrate the salons that create above-and-beyond experiences for our customers. They get a shiny Top Rated award, and we showcase them on our website for our customers to see. And you? Well, you get to see the best of the best when booking your treatments on Treatwell. After all, you deserve nothing less.
Once again, we’re leaving it up to you, the customer, to decide which Treatwell salons deserve Top Rated status. We focus on your 5-star ratings. Why? Because we trust your feedback (and because who else truly knows who belongs amongst the crème de la crème?)
How does a salon achieve Top Rated status?
It’s simple – whether a salon achieved Top Rated status or not depends entirely on the individual experiences had by their clients. Your opinion counts, and we believe the best way to decide who deserves Top Rated status (and therefore which salons we can confidently recommend to you) is by gathering customer opinions. Over several weeks, we’ll be collecting customer reviews to find the salons that offer incredible experiences to their clients. Got a salon in mind that always goes the extra mile? Help them out by leaving a review after an appointment with them. You have until 23rd October to get them to Top Rated – every review counts!
To achieve Top Rated status in the UK, a salon has to have received at least 45 reviews since the beginning of the year, and 95% of those reviews must be 5 stars. The winners of Top Rated will be announced in early November – stay tuned to find out who’s made it.
