If you’ve had a peruse around Zara or Topshop lately, you may have noticed that pearls are fast becoming the go-to accessory of the season. It started at the Gucci Cruise Show in May, where models were seen strutting down the runway with hair adorned with intricate pearl detailing, and now it seems wherever we look on Insta, from ornate manis and pedis to delicately speckled festival updos, this modern take on a classic accessory is taking the internet by storm, and has a cool summery vibe written all over it. Want to copy the look? Most high end nail salons will offer these embellishments as an add-on to your manicure, and when it comes to your hair, simply purchase a few pearl bobby pins online, and ask your hairdresser to weave them into a boho braid for your next special occasion.
