6 Treatwell Connect features you might not know about

Running a salon business is a massive undertaking. You’re managing staff and clients, keeping up to date with finances, creating compelling marketing and so much more.

With all that in mind, we designed Treatwell Connect to make running your salon easier, to help grow your business, save you time and make it easier than ever for clients to book an appointment with you.

Whether you’re using Treatwell Connect or not, here are six features you might not know about (but should).

The ‘Book Now’ button

Clients love using social media, whether it’s browsing hairstyles and nail art on Instagram or discovering new salons on Facebook. Social media is a brilliant place to not only connect with clients and showcase your work but for them to book with you too.

Our ‘Book Now’ button connects to your social media accounts, making it easy for clients to book an appointment with you. It’s quick and easy to set up and means you’ll never miss a booking.

Already using Treatwell Connect and want to set the button up? Follow these simple instructions to make sure yours is installed now.

Business reporting

It can get tricky seeing and using your business data well, especially when it’s held in different places. Fortunately, we can do some of the heavy lifting with Treatwell Connect’s business reporting and insights.

All in one place, you can see in-depth reports and insights about your business and how you’re performing. You can also check out what your clients’ booking behaviour is like, giving you all the details you need to make future business decisions.

Personalised website

Building and growing your online reputation opens the door for new clients to find you and gives your existing clients a place to book and connect with you. However, setting up your own website can be costly and time-consuming.

Say hello to your very own personalised website through Treatwell Connect. It’s an online space you can make your own and show off your work, while also including your salon’s menu, reviews, and links to social media accounts.

Want to build your own? You can do so in the Marketing tab of Treatwell Connect, by simply ticking the ‘Enable partner site’ box. Choose your own unique URL and you’re good to go.

Stylist portfolios

When you’re proud of your work, you want to show it off, right? With Treatwell Connect’s stylist portfolio, you can do just that. It’s a great way to showcase stylist’s work on your Treatwell page and show potential clients the type and quality of services you offer.

You can inspire clients to hit that ‘Book Now’ button with your portfolio, so make sure you’re uploading only the best images to catch potential clients attention.

The client app

Clients love using the Treatwell app; it’s quick, easy and hassle-free. It sends push notification reminders for upcoming appointments and sends review requests immediately after an appointment — helping Treatwell partners to minimise no shows and grow their online reputation.

It also gives partners another way to encourage clients to make their next appointment, by sharing their unique app referral link. And the great news is any bookings made through this link are charged at the widget rates.

Find your app referral code in the Marketing tab in Treatwell Connect. Copy this code and share it on your social media or in an email. Which brings us to our next feature…

Bulk emailing your clients

Keeping in touch with your clients is a great way to keep your salon at the front of their minds; whether it’s to tell them about a new service or a change to your opening hours.

One way you can get in touch with them quickly and easily is by using the bulk email option in Treatwell Connect. It’s easy to filter your client list, deciding who you would like to email, as well as being GDPR compliant (make sure you filter by clients who have opted in to receive marketing communications from your salon).

You can keep your client list up to date by adding all your appointments into the calendar (making sure to include an email address) and don’t forget to ask if they would like to receive marketing communications from you.
