What happens to my account?
Your account will continue as usual, with all your booking history saved. Your login details are the same as they were and you can continue to use your account at any time.
All your favourite salons are still here, with new ones added every day.
What happens to my eVoucher?
All Wahanda eVouchers will be held in your account as before. They will still be accepted by all venues. The only thing you need to do is check the validity of your eVoucher, as you need to use it before it expires.
What happens to my gift card?
All Wahanda gift cards will be held in your account as before. We still accept all gift cards previously bought from Wahanda. The only thing you have to do is to check that your gift card is still valid, as you need to use them within 12 months of purchase.
What happens to my app?
When you open your Wahanda mobile App you'll be able to update to the new Treatwell version. Our App has changed its name and look but still offers you the same service and functionality.
Why did you change the name of Wahanda?
It was a huge decision to change our name. Wahanda now operates in ten countries across Europe but we were trading under four different brand names. We wanted to find one name that reflects who we are and what we stand for, not just in the UK but across Europe. Treatwell was our favourite.
