Your largest organ

Seems like more and more people are becoming aware of what they are putting into their bodies. But we need to realize the importance of what we’re putting on our bodies too. Your skin is your largest organ and it is both highly permeable and sensitive to toxic chemicals. In addition, a large majority of products are easily absorbed and stay on our skin for long periods of time. What we put on our skin affects our health just as much, if not more, than what we put in our mouths.

A great guide for parents trying to find healthier products for their children here.
