Very good overall. Nail clippings from other clients still around on the floor around chair. Nail technician left the room for a long while whilst waiting for nails to dry. She didn't come back to oil cuticles.

My beauty therapists was a lovely lady called Elena. It was done quickly but to a very good standard. I don’t have a very good pain threshold but with Elena it was manageable, so thank you so much! I will come back again
