From the moment I walked into the shop area the staff were all very warm and welcoming. Jade was incredibly friendly and informative about the treatment which was very well done and effective. The room was very clean and comfortable with all the necessary things. Definitely recommend the Deep Tissue Massage and looking forward to booking in the next session.

The facial was okay, my skin feels hydrated and smooth. However the 30min facials do not include extractions(something they should make clear in the description). Also the music was too loud and lighting too bright to relax.

Worst manicure I have ever had. My polish is streaky and when I told my manicurist she said it was the polish. If I am paying for such an expensive manicure I would expect appropriate polish. My nails are already chipping after 2 days and my full nail is not even covered in polish. The facilities are very clean and the staff was friendly but would not recommend. I also paid for a full pedicure but only got a change of polish. My foot was not submerged in water at any point and my foot was not exfoliated or touched. It was essentially a change of polish. Not worth it.
