Young Emily was the consummate professional. Happy to listen and react to individual requirements. Ultimate recommendation is that I have booked to go back!
Steph remains lovely to deal with. Let her know your needs beforehand and she will cater for you. (EG: I had a hot oil massage for a change and you can choose the aroma). I dont think 1 hour is long enough, so be aware that if you book 30 mins you may be left seriously wanting more!
It's not always easy to look after yourself - so let Steph do it for you!
Not the easiest place to find - suggest you do a recce, or allow yourself extra time. Multi-used building on 2 floors so entry is also a bit tricky through Wedding & Event Store above Gallery.
I booked online through Wahanda. However, there was no record of my booking on arrival. (No fault of Beauty Culture it seems). I HAD RECEIVED A BOOKING CONFIRMATION FROM WAHANDA.
TOP TIP: BEFORE you leave home, contact the place where you are having your treatment to confirm they have you down.
Janine was most apologetic and having taken the day off work I was fortunate enough to be able to disappear and go back later in the day. Had I not had that flexibility I would have been most miffed! Particularly having booked well in advance and having looked forward to the treatment on my birthday!
Anyway ... the treatment was fabulous. Janine is a genuine woman and experienced professional. She looked after me well and empathised with my requirements.
I felt nice and relaxed on departure - some achievement after initially being wound up about the booking oversight!
(Wahanda please note)
Handily situated by Primark on The Headrow, the location is on the top floor of a hair salon. Those a bit dodgy on their feet should be aware of a climb up 2 flights of stairs.
Steph is warm and welcoming. The treatment was lovely and only the usual craving for more persisted!
Steph is a lovely genuine woman and I hope to see her again for a few more Tranquil Moments in the crazy world we live in. x
