I went to a Beginner's class on a Saturday afternoon. The studio was clean and well-maintained. The instructor was great... explained everything very clearly and kept reminding us when to breathe, and what muscles we were working.
If you haven't used a reformer before, the machine can seem a bit scary. After having used it, I don't think I can go back to basic mat pilates... the reformer is excellent for a core workout. I will def be going back for more..
I tried the Power Plate session and was very satisfied. Never tried it before so it took a bit of getting used to. The trainer was excellent- friendly, considerate and pushed you without seeming like she was torturing you.
