I have been to bootcamps before which put me off a bit, but this was different and in a good way. The bootcamp focused on boxing techniques, with combos and cardio exercise in between. This meant the time passed quickly and it was good fun. After only a few weeks i have seen results which has motivated me to keep going. I cant speak highly enough for this, its well worth giving it a go. Its a good group of people and the Trainer Matt is great, he stretches you and keeps you motivated throughout.
I cant recommended Boxit enough, its fun, challenging and it get results. Try it!
