I was really suprised that i actually broke into a sweat during the class, specially the 'boxfit' classes! The next day I was sore and knew It was a great workout! Will defo be booking more sessions at this Health Club...its clean..staff are helpful and friendly...did I mention its clean!!!
Reformer pilates is awesome! I never knew I could be so flexiable. The studio is nice, contemporary..the only downside was the pace of the class..way to advanced for a beginner. Although the instructor did try and give me some extra support, i felt it could have been better if they held more classes for beginners/intermediates.
I loved this class, it was the perfect pace, great instructor who was attentive and tailored each move to each of us. Im now a huge fan of reformer pilates and could feel the workout two days after. I feel my posture has improved too. Will defo be going back!
I really like this Health Club, the only downside was the limited evening classes offered. Apart from that it was an awesome 3day workout, i felt the burn and its encouraged me to maintain a fitness regime!
Bootcamp rocks!!! The sessions varied, Neil and Adam really push you..that you can feel it for a few days after! The centre is great and i love the location! I have bought more sessions at covent garden bootcamp!
The trainer was nice, although she was late and did not do a full 45mins class! I did feel the burn the next day. I was not really impressed with the actual gym, it lacked any wow factor, there was a lack of facilities and classes. I probably would not recommend this gym, unless you live literally outside and want something for convenience.
