I went for a custom massage and file and paint using a wahanda voucher. I really enjoyed the experience. The therapist Renetta was clearly very knowledgeable and experienced. She made me feel at ease and listened to my requirements. The massage lasted the adequate time. It was the best back massage that I have ever had. My nails were filed and painted well. I would highly recommend.

I went for a swedish massage using a wahanda voucher. The massage was ok but it could not be deemed as a swedish massage as different techniques were used, so calling it a swedish massage is misleading and wrong. The receptionist was friendly and the therapist made me feel comfortable. The massage did last an hour which doesn't happen at all places. Overall, an ok experience.

I went for a facial using a wahanda voucher. It was a relaxing experience and very well done. It lasted for 45 minutes, so not the full 1 hour. I was expecting more from the facial because of the technical name, but maybe my expectations were too high. I am glad I got it discounted because I would have been disappointed had I paid full price. I noticed no difference in my skin whatsoever. The room is tiny at the back of a hair salon. I could hear hairdryers and people talking, which was a little bit offputting.

I went for a pedicure using a wahanda voucher. The salon itself was tiny. The pedicure itself was good. My feet were cleaned, massaged and polished well. However, the hard skin wasn't removed from my feet at all. The nail varnish that I picked out for the pedicure, was the same one they then decided to give me. I had no choice in the matter. The beauity therapist was very quiet and barely spoke. Overall, the experience was ok.

I went for a manicure, pedicure and facial using a groupon voucher. I was taken down to the treatment room, whereby I lay down on a bed to have all the treatments. It wasn't done in the usual way I would have hoped for. The beauty therapist was very welcoming. All treatments were done well even though the hard skin on my feet was smoothed down, not taken off. The treatments lasted adequate time as well.

I went for a 1 hour massage using a wahanda voucher. Making an appointment was a nightmare. I couldn't get through for weeks, so I was very apprenhensive about attending, to say the least. I phoned up at one point and left a message but my call wasn't returned. I was very surprised about the treatment. I was early for my appointment and was offered a cup of tea by another therapist, while I waited. She had a client before and my treatment started 10 minutes late. The massage lasted for 45 minutes with 5 minutes to change each time. I felt that the massage was excellently done; she clearly knew what she was doing and listened when I told her places to concentrate on. I left feeling very relaxed. Customer service let them down, that is way they get 3 stars.

I went for a fish pedicure and pedicure using a wahanda voucher. The fish pedicure didn't remove all of my hard skin. I enjoyed both treatments and felt the pedicure was done to a very good standard. I had the older woman and didn't have a foot massage even though the other therapist did it for her clients.

I went for a one hour massage using a wahanda voucher. Viva beauty isn't even a proper salon. I waited a while in a room where manicures, pedicures and hairstyling was done . They picked a room and divided it into different sections. Feet for pedicures was washed in a washing up bowl.

For my treatment, I was called into a room, which was choca block with stuff, had dirty carpets and a very cheap massage bed that folds up to lie on. The music put on wasn't relaxing at all. The room was very bright and there was no dimming of the lights.

The massage itself lasted for 45 minutes, so I didn't get the full treatment time. The massage therapist was very inexperienced. She was very rough so it was painful, instead of relaxing. She even did chinese burns on my legs and arms which I found was very strange. I'm glad I got the treatment discounted because If I paid full price I would have been fuming . Would NOT recommend.

I went for a full body massage using a kgb deals voucher. Initially, I couldn't get through to book an appointment. When I did arrange an appointment, it was rearrranged for a sunday. The massage itself was excellent, however it only lasted for half an hour, instead of an hour. I won't be going again.
