Release that tension. When it falls under stress, the connective tissue in our bodies can shorten and thicken – leaving us with soreness, aches and pains. For many people, a good night’s sleep is enough to return the connective tissue to normal – but there’s no need to despair if you’re one of those who needs a little extra help.
