How refreshing...I got to twist, turn, push, pull with some added vibration for good measure and my well deserved cool down, I loved my visit to You Gym and am now a fully signed up member!
As a lover of outside, natural based training works best for me, almost dysfunctional training for functional movement, working with the way my body moves. It's really difficult to find trainers that will work in that manner, so many just write dull and boring exercise cards and expect you to get on with it.
Not only did my training session fly by, there seemed a real sense of belonging and community. The team were attentive to my needs, fun, extremely knowledgable and so friendly to all their guests, fat, thin, young, old, it seems to suit everyone. You have to smile and join in though!

If you are looking for improving your strength, stamina and at the same time flexibility and core balance, you won't be disappointed by Rohit's class. He is a great trainer and motivator. What I like the most about his classes is the fact that they are highly demanding and challenging, and that there is always something new added into the circuits. Using different tools like ropes and suspensions allows you to train different muscles and to learn something different. Whenever I attend Rohit's class I feel that I am not losing my time and I am actually working out.
I have been working out with Rohit at MFB since November 2011, and I have been able to transform my body in about 3 months, by losing a stone and a half (10 kg) whilst gaining muscle and body definition.
I have been a member of most of the major-chain gyms for the last 10 years, but going to the gym never yielded any results, as I discovered I am just not able to motivate myself to perform constant, vigorous excercise that has one's pulse always at around 80% of max and leaves them without breath, for 60 mins.
Rohit's classes have always been different and varied, which also helps to avoid falling into a routine.
Yes, they are tough, but my word of advice is - there aren't any short-cuts to weight loss and body definition...
Nowadays, I always go for two hours in a row, doing suspension training and circuits followed by body combat with Rohit.

I cannot be more grateful for his input within my life as he has turned it around! I know have an ultra toned sexy physique, thanks to expert nutrition and carefully organised training plans! I now have a bikini body all year round and feel sexy naked! The training sessions were kept fun and I never felt intimidate in the weight area with RDS-PRO by my side! I booked a 9 week personal training course with RDS PRO. my goal was to improve my fitness and loose weight.
My sessions were brilliant & I achieved my goals. Each training session was different and exciting. I can find exercise a chore and boring; with the RDS PRO they kept it refreshing so I looked forward to my sessions. They held bootcamp style sessions in parks and sessions my local gym.This was good as I got my confidence back and now feel like I know what I am doing.
They also worked around me, I have a very busy schedule..I have kept RDS PRO as my regular trainer.

I am somebody who trains on my own, but was given the opportunity to use this service as quick way to get into extra shape i felt and saw the results. I pushed my self to new limits and has now set a new benchmark on a fitness level from the cardio and suspension training which has improved my core.
I had no idea how much fun, how intense and how informative the training would be. I was slightly nervous at first, thinking I wouldn’t be any good at it, but James has a very easy-going, kind and patient manner, works out what you want to achieve and are capable of, and then explains every exercise in detail - why it is good for you and how it will affect your body. He’s made me realise that the cost of training is just a brilliant investment in my own health. Staying fit and healthy has to be the most important thing we can do for ourselves. I’m no spring chicken and I’ve realised that I want to be sure I can keep doing all the things I love doing for as long as I possibly can by being physically fit enough to do them. The studio is light, bright and completely private with some great equipment. It is a wonderful, peaceful environment to work in. James’s head is just crammed with different ways of exercising so you will always discover new ways of pushing yourself and never get bored - which I did when I belonged to a gym. The time goes so fast; I’m always amazed when the session is up, and my sense of achievement and well-being is wonderful and addictive. I am very happy to recommend James as a kind, excellent and knowledgeable trainer.
