I had a Iyashi Dome and have awarded it 3 stars.
Overall a good treatment
Not much of an explanation given by the therapist about the treatment considering it was the first time I'd been. Iyashi dome was relaxing but not enough to induce profuse sweating as it had claimed to do.
Colonic and Infared Dome were enjoyable, although the massage wasn't "Swedish" (more like a sensual rub) and I was cold throughout the wrap. They were also running ~30 minutes late (judged not just from waiting around but my planned VS actual departure time). If you're simply looking for a colonic I'd strongly recommend the venue, although alternate treatments might be better sought elsewhere.
I had a Lovers’ Cove Ritual for Two and have awarded it 4 stars.
Absolutely brilliant. Staff were friendly and professional. Just what I needed
I did not get the treatments I booked as I was informed that the therapist that specialised in it isn't around. Then I was told that by the woman working there that there was a mistake as the treatments should not be on the treatwell page. I had assumed that I was going to get 2 deep tissue massage but from what my partner and I got, it was more of a full body. There was a lack of communication as a whole.. I didn't get what I paid for a feel out of pocket by £70. I even mentioned there was a price difference of £5 for not having the hot stone massage but I did not understand what the woman was saying due to her accent and showing me a "new price list" on a flyer different from treatwell!! Just an entirely confusing experience. Shame because the women working there were friendly.
I had a Detox, Invigorate, Relax & Unwind for 2 hours and have awarded it 5 stars.
This was great as a couples offer and left us both feeling relaxed and revitalised. We were offered water on arrival and tea on completion. The therapist was quick to ask whether the pressure was right and made sure we were comfortable throughout. The Iyashi Ifrared therapy was a little intense/warm but amazing.
