Martin is great, all the classes are challenging and varied and he really motivates everyone. I can tell I've got fitter over the past couple of months!

Meeting a personal trainer in the gym and working out can sometimes be a little daunting, however after meeting my personal trainer, I was immediately put at ease and made to feel comfortable. Together we went through all areas which I was keent to target before setting out a plan and working our way through. I felt as though 'my goals' were important to both me and him.
I have been very impressed with the results after working with RDS-Pro and have only ever heard good things about the company. I will definately be returning and have recommended to lots of friends.
since having my baby I felt very low in confidence when it came to my body. being a hairdresser I have always kept on the move and just felt so sluggish. Keith was amazing and really helped me overcome this by motivating me in various circuit training workouts and every week we changed something to help my fitness levels and to keep it interesting. he supported me all the way and I now weigh under 9 stone 8 weeks post baby.
I think his prices are great value for money especially for the facilities also its so nice to relax within the Hiltons facilities after a workout and to de stress from life in general.
I now run almost every day to the gym, do a workoput swim and run home. never thought id see myself with so much motivation in fitness again!
Excellent instructors and equipment, I was new to powerplate training but have really enjoyed the experience.
A trainer took me through the basics of the machine before I attended a class which was an excellent combination of strength training and cardio.
Myself and nine friends and family have just returned from the most fantastic 3 day fiteness package at Brothers Boot Camp Sherwood Forest, our ages ranged from 20 - 50 with varying fitness levels and everyone one of us thoroughly enjoyed the experience. Our Boot Camp instructors for the weekend were Ash & Carly and they immediately put us all at ease with their friendly welcome quickly introducing us to the rest of the people attending the Boot Camp; these were individuals and smaller groups and thanks to Ash & Carly's easy and friendly nature we all quickly became one large integrated group.
We were given our itinerary for the weekend and within the hour had started I can honestly say I have never worked so hard but had so much fun. The instructors were encouraging, enthusiastic and so engaging that it rubbed off on us all and we were soon working hard and encouraging each other to try our best.. We didn't have the best weather (cold, rain & snow at times) but it really didn't dampen our enthusiasm Ash rose to the challenge admirably in providing a packed and varied programme that catered for all the different levels of fitness and had the additional problem of the weather but this really added to the fun.
Carly's informative talks of nutrition & food were excellent and if you will pardon the pun gave us all food for thought. We also had a welcome session with a yoga instructor on day two and given the option of paying for a massage which I gratefully took up and can honestly say it left me ready for the final days work.
The food provided was plentiful and nutritious and certainly welcome after all our exertions, the staff at the Youth Hostel were friendly and accommodating and while the rooms were snug they were clean and warm.
I really cannot recommend Brothers Boot Camp highly enough the whole weekend was above and beyond my expectations and my group all agreed such excellent value for money we all gained tremendously from the the whole experience and have vowed not only to put into practice what we have learnt but to return later in the year. I have never worked so hard, tried such a varied range of keep fit and laughed so much. I met some lovely people whom along with Carly & Ash's knowledge and enthusiasm made it so enjoyable.
My friend and I attended a 2 day bootcamp early February 2013 in Moira Derbyshire and it was fantastic! The location is spot on and surrounding countryside gorgeous. Before we got there we were a bit concerned that we'd be stuck eating rabbit food for the weekend so smuggled in some naughty chocolate, sweets and alcohol (just encase) but we didn't need them and brought them all home again!
The food portions are smaller than I am used, but that just shows I have been eating wrong and I wasn't left hungry once. It was delicious, filling and healthy.
The camp caters for all sizes, ages and levels of fitness and whilst being supportive and motivating they were not at all partonising or belitting and didn't bully you or make you feel bad if you couldn't do an activity.
They are all about healthy eating and living rather than counting calories which made a refreshing change. You'll learn exercises you can do for free at home without the need to go to the gym. It's training for the mind as well as the body and the staff are so passionate it's hard not to get caught up in it all.
I must admit I was apprehensive before I went and concerned that everybody there would be superfit and I wouldn't be able to keep up but I was wrong. There is a diverse range of people that attend of all sizes, shapes and ages and all up for a laugh!
It is hard but completely enjoyable and leaves you feeling motivated and confident for the future! Highly recommended to all! x
I recently started training with Michelle , one on one PT sessions.
Michelle is so engaging, motivational and dedicated to my personal goals. She believes in me especially when I want to give up..but I don't because she knows my body and my individual capabilities and with her strong beliefs and integrity she always strives to get me to reach my optimum level of fitness.
Each workout is unique and challenging yet therapeutic and enjoyable..yes enjoyable. We have used a variety of sporting equipment and body weight exercises to achieve amazing results.
Michelles depth of knowledge on nutirition and fitness is sooo good. Her nutrition resources and understanding stretch beyond any local health food shop and she is always on hand to give tips and advice.
Michelle has been an amazing personal trainer and is truly inspirational, positive and encouraging. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Michelles services to anyone requiring personal fitness goal achievements and effective health and nutrition advice.
Michelle is a fantastic fitness trainer and nutritionist who I highly recommend. I’ve been attending her classes for over 6 months, each one well planned, fun and no two classes ever the same so great variety of work out activities! She encourages everyone to push themselves out of their comfort zone to see improvements while ensuring good technique is used. I’ve recently signed up to personal training sessions to focus on areas that need strengthening while training for my first marathon and felt Michelle was the perfect person to help me :)
Bootcamp for me was awesome ! My fitness levels have improved the staff are great.
I recieved a great welcome from all. loved all the fitness classes the best for me is the fast working trek we did through the lovely heart of the national forest.
The food was great it showed me a better way of eating more heathly i will take these benefits away with me and apply them to my new healthy lifestyle.....Ive even managed to now give up smoking too well done bootcamp brothers you have made my life better !
