Good experience, good staff! Would recommend it to everyone who wants to be fit ans try a new experience ar the gym
Lovely friendly staff, which is a surprise for a health club. Clean facilities and a great offer of classes as well as activities for children. LOVE the outdoor pool.
5 min walk from where I live so conveniently works out, but a great gym nonetheless. Staff including class instructors are very helpful and friendly, if my PE teachers were like this growing up I would have fared much better at sport and exercise. Good facilities, plenty of cardio machines, never had to queue, same for weights. Locker facilities are good and overall the quality of classes is very good. They start on time, notice is given and covers are arranged if someone is off. There's a good range of classes and the instructors are professional and very good at what they do. Good opening and closing hours as well. Best thing: there is no contract so you have the flexibility to start or stop each month should you choose to do so. And best of all at £30 including unlimited classes you really can't beat it on price. For a basic gym with good working facilities, friendly staff and a good range of classes, it's pretty good value. It does what it says on the tin. If you're looking for expensive saunas and steam rooms, then be prepared to pay the price elsewhere
nice and clean. Facilities were all well laid out and straightforward to use. It was quite full burt when we went but there was plenty of room for us to use the equipment. Parking good.
Much nicer atmosphere than many fitness clubs - not quite so frenetic, hot and sweaty in the machine areas. Could have done with more warm-up space as I ended up in a col corridor when most mats were taken.
I used to be a member at this gym but I gave up after I learned that a guy (I met in a bar) new to London was paying less than my expensive gym membership I was paying for several years. OK, is one of the biggest gyms in central London, the swimming pool is huge, the sauna is a massive (probably) 5 metres by 4 metres. The gym is well structured with lots of machines/power plate/boy's area/cardio area etc and the staff is very friendly (especially at the reception) but the members are less nice. And after a while you cannot put up with repetitive attitude (if you are a girl). Plus the high membership fee draggs the balance even lower.
the classess are on time
the instructor, staff and the environment are very friendly
the classes and environment inspired me alot tha i have decided to join membership though its bit expensive for me.
thanks for giving me the opportunity to experience 2-weeks jim in fitness first
Fitness First in Keighley is a nice gym with good facilities. The body balance class was thoroughly enjoyable and I left feeling refreshed!
The staff are friendly and helpful and my 2 week membership was a good experience.
The gym was lovely and the staff were very helpful. I enjoyed the body combat class because it was very energetic and intense exercise. Body balance was less energetic but the relaxation at the end made me feel revitalised before I headed back to the office!
