How does it work?
A BioMeridian analysis typically takes no more than 20 minutes to conduct. During the analysis the practitioner will use a stylus to send a small electric current through your body’s ‘meridian points’ (these are specific energy points also used in acupressure and acupuncture). Healthy tissue has a different rate of conductivity to stressed or weakened tissue, so the practitioner will be able to identify which areas of the body are under particular strain – even if you don’t have any outward symptoms. Clever, eh?
After all your meridian points have been tested, a computer will measure your body’s reaction and produce a detailed report which the practitioner can then use to help recommend possible treatments. They may suggest a range of herbal, homeopathic or nutritional solutions to help restore balance and leave you feeling as good as new.
Is it for me?
BioMeridian analysis is a safe, non-invasive procedure that is suitable for people of all ages. It can be particularly helpful for those who are unwell, although it can also be used by those with no apparent health issues in order to prevent any future problems. After all, they do say that prevention is as good as a cure...
Good to know
In traditional Chinese medicine the meridians are described as fine pathways located 2-3 millimetres below the skin that transport energy around the body to different organs, nerves and blood vessels.
Most of the body’s meridian points can be located in the hands and feet.
