Let’s start from the top. What is Treatwell Rewards?<\/h2>\n

Treatwell Rewards is the loyalty programme that turns your bookings into beauty benefits. Every time you book through Treatwell, whether that\u2019s via our app or website, you\u2019ll be rewarded with loyalty points. You can then exchange those points for vouchers to spend on future treatments. It\u2019s simple, really. <\/p>\n

Think of it as our way of showing just how much we appreciate you being there. Our goal is to revolutionise the hair and beauty industry and to empower our customers to feel their very best. Thanks to you (and our entire community), we\u2019re getting closer every day to achieving that goal. We can think of no better way of saying a big \u201cthank you\u201d than rewarding you for doing what you already love to do – booking your favourite treatments and self-care through Treatwell. <\/p>\n

Ready to start earning points? Let\u2019s make it official. Create a Treatwell account (it\u2019s totally free), and you\u2019ll automatically start earning points every time you book. Yep, it\u2019s really that easy. <\/p>\n

And, if you\u2019ve already got a Treatwell account? Well, then you\u2019re already a Treatwell Rewards member (what a pleasure). Just make sure you\u2019re logged in whenever you make a booking, and you\u2019re all set to sit back and watch the points (and benefits) roll in. <\/p>\n

How does Treatwell Rewards work?<\/h2>\n

From now on, you\u2019ll earn points for every booking you make through the Treatwell app or website (just make sure you\u2019re signed in, first).<\/p>\n

Then, you can build up your points. Once you\u2019ve hit 1,500 points, you can then choose to convert them into a voucher for \u00a310 to spend on our app. Or, you can continue to accumulate points up to 2,500 – and then exchange them for a \u00a325 voucher instead. The choice is yours. <\/p>\n

Either way, you\u2019ll still keep earning points for every booking that you make – meaning there\u2019s no limit to how much you can benefit. <\/p>\n

Earning points couldn\u2019t be easier. They\u2019ll be automatically added to your account for every \u00a31 you spend – whether you choose to pay in advance or at the salon.<\/p>\n

Redeem<\/h3>\n

Convert your points into \u00a310 or \u00a325 vouchers to redeem in our app, every time you reach one of our points \u201cmilestones.\u201d <\/p>\n<\/p>\n

As a Treatwell Rewards member, you\u2019ll earn 3 points for every pound (\u00a31) you spend when you choose to pay in advance online.<\/p>\n
