Talk to your stylist about face-framing colour techniques; toffee-toned babylights, toasted chestnut shades (think deep, rich red), or try balayage. All of which will add dimension to chocolatey locks.<\/p>\n<p>So, how about styling brunette tresses? According to Helen Davis, of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.treatwell.co.uk\/place\/pickles-and-co\/\">Pickles &amp; Co<\/a> salon, &#8220;creating a natural look is starting to become popular, not only for colour, but for styling too. Shabby chic waves are bigger than ever, using a mid-length base, with soft laying \u2013 textured, but not heavy&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>Healthy hair is (unsurprisingly) &#8216;in&#8217; too. When asked about &#8216;trends&#8217;, Davis goes on; &#8220;i<span style=\"font-weight: 400\">t\u2019s about how shiny the hair is, meaning every highlight needs toning, every brunette needs glossing.\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">We are finding that clients want healthy hair that you want to touch because it just flows, the softness of the waves and texture creates a movement that will naturally fall into place.&#8221;\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>There&#8217;s heaps of brunette inspiration out there, from your Instagram feed, to your bus ride to work (I can&#8217;t be the only hair stalker on the number 53).
