With skin as flawless and glowy as Arizona’s, we had to get the lowdown on exactly what her routine is. ‘I'm getting married this summer, so have been having a series of facials using oxygen treatments in the run up to the big day,’ explains Arizona. Wise woman, Oxygen facials<\/a> give skin a deep, down clean and really work to tighten pores and skintone. It also helps to prevent pre-wedding breakouts and works to brighten dull skin. The results can be really impressive. <\/p>\n\n

‘Mostly my skin health comes from my overall health,’ explains Arizona; ‘so drinking water and sleeping enough is paramount!’ And when it comes to skincare, there a few key products she says she couldn’t live without: ‘On a weekly basis I also use an Eve Lom Rescue Mask which I rotate with Liz Earle’s superskin mask. ‘Going to the gym is me time,’ quipped Arizona, ‘And leaving plenty of time for my fiance! ‘Definitely paired back and ethereal!’ Arizona explained, while flicking through some bridal magazines. The dress itself is, of course, a secret - she’s currently in the process of having it made, so we’ll have to wait until the big reveal to catch a glimpse. ‘It’s hard to pick just one, but my go-to treatment has to be a manicure’ says Arizona; ‘there’s something so satisfying about beautifully simple nails! Just like great hair, they make you feel pulled together and groomed. ‘Tea - lots of it.’ says Arizona. ‘Going to the hair salon is also a perfect place to get some wedmin done, so I do like to use the time to get a good checklist going while I wait.
