Had a wonderful facial at the salon. The therapist made me feel very welcomed and tailored the facial to my needs. I regularly go for facials and sometimes it can be a hit and miss experience but I'm so very happy I went. The salon is beautifully decorated and spotless. I felt relaxed and the facial lasted a good full hour after which my skin was glowing. Highly recommended and I will be going back for more treatments!!

I did not get the treatments I booked as I was informed that the therapist that specialised in it isn't around. Then I was told that by the woman working there that there was a mistake as the treatments should not be on the treatwell page. I had assumed that I was going to get 2 deep tissue massage but from what my partner and I got, it was more of a full body. There was a lack of communication as a whole.. I didn't get what I paid for a feel out of pocket by £70. I even mentioned there was a price difference of £5 for not having the hot stone massage but I did not understand what the woman was saying due to her accent and showing me a "new price list" on a flyer different from treatwell!! Just an entirely confusing experience. Shame because the women working there were friendly.
