From the minute I stepped in, I got a really strange vibe from Karen because I had booked through Treatwell. If I hadn’t already paid I don’t think I would have gone through with the treatment. I had a Hollywood wax which I thought was fine but got home to see there was still loads of hair left and have since been experiencing a burning sensation and itching, I have never experienced this from a wax before and am very disappointed.

Not very welcoming and not sure why as i was early. Had vampire facial and numbing cream was applied but not left on for long enough because was very painful. Skin was nice after a few days though, just wouldn't come back here to get another.
