You simply won't get better than El. She gt me ready before a long trip to the Himalayas and altered her schedule to make it possible.
El was amazing since my very first email to her. She responded immediately and answers all my questions thoroughly. On my first appointment she was extremely friendly, down to earth and made me feel at ease immediately. The she began to work. She is a perfectionist!! I could not be happier with the results. After my treatment her follow up emails made you realise once again her professionalism and how she takes in pride in every single client. I therefore decided to go ahead with further treatment with El. I could not recommend her enough. Her personality, professionalism, client care and of course the treatment results are all outstanding!

Well I am a bit mental as well)). When I get nervous I start to pull out my eyebrows...
Dermatologists called it Trichotilomania. So while I am working on keeping calm lovely El Truchan helps me to create my new fabulous eyebrows look. As mentioned in the name of her company Perfect Definition - she is a perfectionist. First of all she drew my eyebrows with a special pencil. We worked on getting the shape right and I was happy with the colour which she choose for me. Then I had my treatment done. During the treatment El was very gentle she used only single use disposable needles and materials. The treatment wasn't painful at all. After the procedure El gave to me all aftercare recommendations and asked to come for the review and retouch after one month. I am very satisfied with the result and with El professional approach. Hope it can help some of you folks to find a good permanent make up artist.
I recently had my first 3D brow treatment with El, and I have to say she is a miracle worker. My brows were very uneven with one sitting higher than the other, El knew exactly how to fix it and give me perfect looking brows. Not to mention my brows were thin and spare, which they are no longer.
As a beauty therapist I am always quite critical when it comes to receiving treatments, but I could not find fault with El at all, she's friendly, welcoming, knowledgeable and passionate about what she does.
Even now after the treatment she emails to see how my brows are doing and how the healing process is progressing - amazing aftercare as well as amazing care at the point of treatment. El kept making sure I was happy with the treatment at every step, and that I was comfortable with the procedure and 'pain' - although there wasn't much pain and I actually nearly fell asleep during the treatment.
I cannot recommend El enough, or praise her enough, she has changed the look of my brows and face
The really clean and brightly lit space is an indication you are going to get a professional job done.
El made me feel extremely calm throughout the whole procedure. She is very welcoming and explains everything as she goes along. El always checks that you are ok throughout and if you feel like you need to have a rest then she will stop.
The regular follow up checks are good, El would normally send me text messages after the first procedure and the retouch to see how I'm getting on and to send her photos throughout the healing process.
Extremely professional, El did a great job with my eyeliner, I would definitely recommend her to family and friends.
