There seemed to be confusion on what a Hollywood wax is. I had to ask the therapist to come back and finish waxing. But on getting home I still had unwaxed areas, which I had to shave off. Not value for money experience at all.

The lady who did my wax was nice, she seemed like she knew what she was doing. She said she has a lot of experience so I trusted her. However when I got home I realised she had missed some areas and the hair started growing back as if it had been shaved, even though it was the correct length for waxing. She had not taken care while pulling out the hair and had broken them so they grew back after a few days. I was very disappointed with this because I thought the lady knew what she was doing. I will not be visiting again
