Advertised as neck and shoulder massage but a machine was used to do the massaging. Worsened my injury that I was hoping to have treated. I do not recommend this venue.

Location is weird (cluttered and messy reception located within a solicitor practice?)
Treatment started 15 minutes later than planned as the therapist kept taking calls or catching other 'clients' at the end of treatment.
Booked for lymphatic drainage massage to help with pre-period fluid retention and got some weird massage wand session. Far from relaxing and couldn't wait to leave. It was just awkward all round.

Unfortunately I didn’t get as a treatment, I was kept waiting and told my appointment was an hour later even though I had a text confirmation. I won’t be going back.
