I have received a few bodytalk sessions from Alexandra both over the phone and as a file for me to listen to. The last session was for my anxiety levels during a dental procedure and it was AMazing! I felt so relaxed during my procedure, all down to the session for allowing me to release my fears and relaxing areas of tension in my body and mind. I would highly recommend her services. She is very knowledgeable and has a lovely calming voice. Enjoy people!

I've had different treatments from Alexandra and they were all excellent. I can highly recommend distance sessions, it's a real eye opener to see how it works even if you are in a different country! Both BodyTalk and Reiki helped me overcome my issues of anxiety and fear and felt very grounding. Her manner is very calm and extremely professional. Top marks!!

Alexandra seemed like a nice person and she gave an effective massage which has helped the back problem so thank you. I did feel however the appointment was a bit rushed as Alexandra was a little late for the appointment (she did ring and leave a voicemail but it didn't come through to my phone until after the massage - not sure why) and the venue was changed to a place which wasn't as advertised, and which I didn't think was as nice, and was less convenient for me. Alexandra did ring me to check this was OK, but I wouldn't choose to have a massage in the hot yoga studio again as it was too hot for me and I felt uncomfortable even with the fan on. At the start I was also asked to leave my trousers on which I didn't really understand given as I had said it was very hot, I was allowed to take them off but felt it was not appreciated?! It might have been a bad day, and given the previous reviews maybe I am the exception. The massage itself was very vigorous, fast and certainly got down into the knots but was very different from massage I've had before (and preferred to be honest) for the same problem, this might be just a subjective preference issue and maybe my perception was influenced by the rushed start and venue change.

She is an ITEC Level 3 Massage Therapist, Level IV Reiki Master (Practitioner and Teacher), Certified BodyTalk Practitioner and Meditation Teacher; fully qualified, insured and a member of the Federation Of Holistic Therapists (FHT).
