I turned up and lash technician talked about lots of different options without really explaining what these were - I felt I was rushed into making a decision - only after asking I was shown a few photographs on her phone but told mine wouldn’t look like that- as I said I wanted natural. After two hours I was shown my lashes, which weren’t the ‘dolly’ type that we agreed and didn’t make my eyes pop as discussed. Instead they were very short, all the same length and looked quite fake. Anyway, less than 1 week in most of the lashes have fallen out, which is very disappointing.
