The massage itself was wonderful, and Arto was great at explaining to me what he was doing, why it needed to be done and what I need to do to help myself in the future. The only negative I can think of was that the table was perhaps a bit narrow but really it was no issue aside from me worrying about rolling off when I turned over! All in all fantastic!
