Salon doesn't exist! Paid in advance and haven't had my money back yet!

DO NOT BOOK AN APPOINTMENT WITH SOPHIE. I travelled to the salon, which was exceptionally difficult to find as the salon has a different name!! Not Iris! It just looks like a barbers from the front. Besides this, Sophie was a no-show! She did not answer her phone untill the barber from the shop called her and then she told me that she had blocked the Treatwell app 2 weeks ago. Despite this, I was able to get a confirmed booking with her. A complete waste of time.

Iris hair studio are an independent salon owned and run by Sophie in the heart of Albert Road. The salon opened in 2008 and it fully embodies the laid back vintage vibe of Albert Road area. The girls are always looking for new ways to make their clients feel at home in the relaxed atmosphere whilst they are being pampered.
