I booked in for a deep tissue massage as I have recurrent back/neck/shoulder pain from computer work and lugging my laptop around. The treatment was brilliant - I felt really listened to (whereas some massage treatments just aren't firm enough for sorting out back pain!) and a lot of the tension in my back and neck eased straight away. There are quite a few steps up to the treatment room but it gives you a little workout so nothing to complain about!
