Absolutely awful. The venue was open but noone was around, I knew I had to go upstairs, so I eventually found the stairs and went up. There was just a cold, dark corridor with 2 doors at the end. I knocked on both doors, no answer. I text the lady, no answer. I eventually rang her and she informed me that she was out for the day and that I shouldn't have made the appointment, even though there was availability for the day and time I selected. When I requested a refund, she told me she wasn't able to refund it as I paid in advance so I'd have to make a new appointment. I wouldn't ever go back! Awful experience. I've opened a claim, so hopefully I do get my refund! Avoid at all costs.
