I had a great first massage with Maria. I’ve had ongoing shoulder pain and wanted to see if massage would help. Maria was very attentive and thorough and diagnosed areas I have issues with that I had no idea about! The session definitely helped to loosen up my neck and shoulders, with some exercises to do before the next one to continue the work. Maria was friendly and explained everything well, I felt very comfortable and will definitely be going back.

Maria is one of the best massage therapists I’ve come across. She takes the time to understand the issues and does a full postural assessment following a discussion on where it hurts. The therapy itself was entirely customised to my issues and 2 days on I feel really good. It’s not a relaxing massage which is fine by me! She even did a technique that stretches short muscles and gave me stretching exercises to do at home so that I keep the benefits of her massage longer! 100% satisfaction!
