Believe the reviews you read on here.. she is never in, cancels last minute etc. I got there after booking 4 hours earlier to be told she wasn’t in and had cancelled everyone, they then got her on the phone where she basically said this is my fault as i had booked too short notice.. don’t give the option to book in short term then?
Sad thing is i read all the reviews and thought I’d chance it.. now i have to chase for a refund

I booked a hair appointment online through treatwell. When I arrived at the salon it was closed. A member of staff answered the door when I knocked. She informed me the hairdresser was not there. I had went out of my way to get to the salon so was very annoyed. This is really poor as I have seen from other reviews the same situation has happened a few times.

Not what I expected at all wouldn't return lovely lady that did my hair but it wasn't what I went in for my roots are different to the rest of my hair :(
