On arrival there was no welcome, they didn’t look very happy to see me as it was busy.The salon looked very messy, handbags on the floor, toilet very small looking rather tired and dusty. The lady took me straight away to the chair, she didn’t introduced herself but asked me what shade I wanted which was nice. My hairdresser was very quick which was good. After she’s finished doing my highlights I was asked if I wanted a drink. It took ages for it to be delivered. Just when I got it I was about to have my hair washed by another young girl. She was ok but was pulling my hair too hard. Then, I was asked to go back to my original lady, which barely dried my hair and said I was finished. It was quite cold outside, I had to walk with wet hair in the wind which was horrible. My highlights were ok, but I wouldn’t go back as it was not very pleasant experience.

Had to wait 15 mins, but overall was a great experience. love the staff and always leave with great hair

staff are really nice and chatty which is what you want when you go to the hairdressers! first time I've been there and can honestly say I think this will be my regular from now on!
