Lovely salon and the ladies are brill

The stylist was friendly but didn’t listen to what I asked for. I showed her a photo of the length I wanted my hair, she cut it 3 inches shorter than I’d asked for. She cut my hair all at once, rather than layer by layer, and so the bottom flicks out and it has to be straightened to sit flat. I have never had my hair this short and I hate it. Really disappointed and would not recommend.

Went in with long damaged hair came out with the most beautiful perm and shoulder length hair, with detailed instructions on how to maintain it
