Was not advised until I arrived that threading and spray tan cannot be completed on the same day so had to miss out on eyebrow threading. Spray tan machine was broken and the hose was taped on with duct tape and kept falling off. Result was missed bits, streaky and very poor. Now understand the notice saying complaints can only be made on the day of treatment. Results for a spray tan are not known until showered off the next day. Awful!

Treatment took and hour and a half due to myself being picky on length but the nail technician was happy to oblige.
Overall happy with nails. Unfortunately after 4 days one has snapped in half :( ouch
