Having looked at the website I was looking forward to having my hair done in Roco Swansea, but I was utterly disappointed with the experience I had :-( Most of the staff (especially those who spoke with me) lack social skills and don't bother to smile. When I was asked whether I wanted a drink, I was offered water (!) and then as I wasn't too impressed, she mentions Coke and Fanta (lol) Very disappointed with the way the hair dresser looked at and treat me. He could see me wincing from the scratches he was putting all over my forehead with his wretched brush, yet he continued :-( I'd rather pay half the price and be treat well, than pay double and made to feel inhuman. Simply disappointing when salons like this one only want your money, but don't care about the customer :-( The reason a woman comes to a salon is to treat herself. Unfortunately, today, I almost left in tears out of Roco...

Lovely staff, however I don't think the towel was a new one it had marks on, wax was good, I will be returning as it was good value for money!

Was easy to book, they phoned me the next day to confirm. Was lovely and modern and relaxing upstairs. Central and easy to find.
